FAQ

IS THERE A MAXIMUM ORDER SIZE?

Order size is limited to a maximum of 4 inflatables per party. 

 

HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT/PARTY?

 You may book your events ahead of time by calling one of the contact numbers, messaging us on Facebook, send us an email, or by requesting information on our website from the contact page. If we have an opening, you may schedule an event as early as 3 hours on the same day of your event. 

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
 Our normal rates are priced at 3 hours per event. However if you would like to rent our products for more time, please call us to discuss additional rates. 
 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

You may make a reservation at any time, as early as one day advance. However, we suggest you call earlier to secure your planned time and day. We do have booking scheduled a month in advanced and sometime longer. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

 If you have booked with R&R in advance, we suggest you cancel within 5 hours of your scheduled event. Due to Rain or Stormy weather, you will have the option to reschedule your event with us. No Harm, No Loss. This means, If our Inflatables have already been delivered or is enroute for delivery, you will still be charged full ammount. 

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Our emergency numbers are given on each Rental Agreement form and is forwarded directly to us, THE OWNERS. Please call us with any concerns or questions if for some reason we are not at your event. Each customer is given a brief emergency run down on how to operate our inflatables and blowers during the Rental Agreement. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

 We have found that it is much easier for both, us and customers to pay on the day of the event. We will discuss your choice of payment when booking your event.
